I want complaint on a website?
I checked my website for duplicate content, i found a website they just copy and paste everything from my website, (i prepared all the content for my own) Where can i raise a complaint on them ?

It's a common courtesy to first email them and politely point out the conflict, asking it to be removed, them knowing that you are aware of it is often enough to get it removed.

If you had a lawyer, he could send a Cease and Desist order, threatening a lawsuit.

If there is no response you might alert their web site hosting company of the problem, some of them have little tolerance for misconduct.

Some auto-blog sites can copy content automatically with no human involvement, based on keyword searches, you might identify your site name in the body of the article to see if it is edited.

If you have Google authorship installed on your site, you have nothing to worry about.
I remember Matt Cutts saying that Google authorship helps them tell the original content creator apart from the scraper. So, it should be a compliment to your content that it's tempting for scrapers.

However, if you don't have that installed, try contacting
- the scraper site
- their web host
- file a DMCA complaint. Filing a complaint is the last step to take, since it should be mailed in the original to the respective government body and you 'll have to wait for the removal to actually take place.

hey don't worry
Google will track that site and will take it as duplicate content and no doubt that Google will panalyze that site.
and,
if you wanna register a complaint you can do it by using google webmaster tool...
