Lost Bookmarks in Google Chrome?

Lost my bookmarks in Google Chrome again, seams after Windows does a large update I always loose my Chrome bookmarks. They are still in IE but how do I get them back in Chrome. I have Window 7 and using Chrome 3. Can anyone help me. I'm not much of a computer wiz so the easier the fix the better.

I've review several fixes but they are all way to complicated for me or all way to old. So I wanted to ask again, for a more up to date fix.

The location where Google Chrome's bookmarks are stored is-

C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\
Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

In Default Folder, you will see 2 files named bookmark & bookmark.bak.

Try opening the "bookmark.bak" with notepad & copy paste the URLS & save them again.
