Pretty much when your flirting or your horny or you want a girl/ guy its annoying af but its pretty much people who try to talk "ghetto"

It means someone wants attention from the opposite sex, usually girls. If it's on a picture it could mean the picture is inappropriate.

Basically a thirsty person is someone who wants attention and is desperate.
People tweet 'thirsty' cause most likely someone on their timeline is trying TOO hard to get noticed by someone else, especially if that other person is the opposite sex

Eg: "why does this thirsty guy keep dm'ing me? I don't want him!"
