Can someone explain to me the affiliate program that livelovely.com uses.?

I am confused about affiliate program so they get most not all of their listings from affiliates. So when you go to the site and fill out one of the forms that shows your interest in a specific property does that get sent to an affiliate and then to the landlord? Or does it just go to the landlord? I am just confused how such a program works. Thank you if you could explain to me this example.

I think the form that you submitted will pass along their email system and sent to the landlord/owner email address.
