Why am i so bothered by this?

There is this girl that i have liked for about a year now, but things kind of got out of hand. For one, i was too shy when i first told her i liked her. She also went back to her ex after showing many signs that she liked Me. What bothers me is that i didn't ask her out when i had the chance, im so ashamed. What also bothers me is that i Still like her and im not even sure if i have a chance. We rarely talk now. I Wrote her a letter because of this a few days ago. We ate currently in spring break so i don't know what she thought of it. I have been told to lay low and also to look for other girls, so i have been doing both but it bothers me to laud low and the other girls around me are nothing compared to her. I really Do like her and it bothers me that we don't even talk anymore. This has been going on since she went back to her ex. I feel like im a little obsessed. What should i do

If she went back to her ex and hasn't gone out of her way to contact you over break, phone, fb, etc... you need to move on. Being all obsessive is a huge turn off. If she's not trying to be with you and getting back with her ex after you told her you liked her. She doesn't like you.
