Well its seems that she is a really nice girl, who has helped you to feel better about yourself and since your only contact place is FB you really have no other choice but to ask her out there. Don't get your expectations up to high, I know that is hard not to do, but I don't want you to slip back into any kind of depression if things don't go quite the way you want them too. Start off by going out and being friends first and once you spend some more time with her, it can lead onto something more deep, but starting with a friendship will give you both a good base for a relationship.
