How to make a Paypal dispute without an account?

Okay, so I want a refund on an order I ordered last year in December. I paid for it through paypal without creating an account. Is there any way i can still open a dispute because when I made a new one the transaction thing was empty and you need that to open one ): Please help I feel that I have been scammed and the ceo of the company is not returning my emails.

You could try contacting Paypal and see if they can do anything about it, I don't think they would be able to as you didn't create an account when you made the transaction, if that doesn't work...try contacting the person you placed the order with and see what they can do, if none of these worked, then unfortunately, you may have been scammed...change your bank details and what not to be sure and check to make sure no-more money has gone out of your account.
