Dear Kapil,

Start with a nice greeting( Good morning friends and so on)
Further go like this......add your own modification....
Well today this is an occassion of both good and bad feelings. We all have gathered here for achieving one of the most important milestone of ourlives and that is Learning English, We have learnt a lot with our teacher_________________, and this is why I am feeling the happiest today. I remember the day when I was shivering on the stage while speaking even my introduction in front of 10 people, But today thanks to our teacher I am speaking infront of you all, and that is even in English. I reallly, from the bottom of my heart, express a million of thanks to this institute and its entire staff, for making me able to stand on this stage, and make me able to feel confident, I thank them for making me able to speak in English, I thank them for arousing my interest in English. This is one of the happiest day of my life ever. On the other hand, we all are bit sad because we are departing. We all gonna miss one another a lot. Well, this is never an end, even we may not meet one another daily, Thanks to Mr. Zuckerberg, and and hundreds of social media, we all will be in touch. hope you all have a wonderful life ahead.

Thanks....we'll alwas be in touch.
That's all
