packet loss issues, help please?

Recently, my internet has been experiencing packet loss issues. The packet loss % ranges from .##% to 10%. When I am playing a game such as League of Legends, I often stay still and the time "warps", and I can see everyone still moving and attacking while I stay still and die. Shortly after I disconnect.

I will list out my pingtest, speedtest, time warner cable speedtest, and other things I thought was helpful. I googled and went on many threads, but it was too complicated for me. Any help appreciated!

I am using a modem, and also using a router to extend the range of the wifi. One is set at 192.168.0.1, and the other at 192.168.1.1.
I do not know much else about computers, but I am willing to try and provide as much information needed!

Make sure your not downloading in the background because that can can cause issues with ping loss.
