Next time try to ask in a more appropriate way because I struggled to understand what you meant. Anyway.

There are two possible reasons this is happening.
> They have blocked the websites (and not programs) using some options on their router or their provider
or
> They use some website blocking add-on on the browser.

The first one is the most possible one. It is impossible to connect to the blocked websites using their internet connection, but using another connection would work. For example some portable 3G modem.

The second one is easy to overcome. You just need to check the browser's settings and see if there is something blocking the sites. You can then disable it and visit the sites.

HOWEVER, I believe that doing either of the two would get you in trouble. You shouldn't risk it.

Well, most schools use blocking softwares and internet monitoring softwares installed onto your computer or their network which can be bypassed with a proxy or using a different wifi. This is very risky and can get you in some trouble though so I recommend not doing so.
