Instagram help please?

I tried to log in to my instagram and then remembered I had changed the password. I guess I never wrote it down. I don't have it connected to a facebook and I can't reset it using my email because yahoo deactivated it due to lack of useage. Is there any other way I can get back into my account? It's very important. I'm desperate at this point.

Go on the online website for instagram.
Click log in and there should be a little link that says forgot password?
Click on it and type in your username (since your email doesn't work) and you should be able to reset your password.
