can you legally post a prostitues backpage.com add on FB to publically humiliate them?

I don't want anyone to challenge my morals...my family life has recently ended because my so called husband has been cheating on me with a prostitute we know personally, whom I didn't even know was a prostitute. Thought they really were just 'friends'. She seemed nice enough...just a little mixed up.

This has all been going g on through our daughter fighting cancer and my youngest being born. Hope they both burn in hell...if it exists.

After catching them red handed by seeing a string or horribly revealing text messages I looked her up online and found ads she has posted for her nasty little self. Literally advertising herself as an 'escort'.

I'd like to post the link to her adds on her day jobs Facebook in hopes to humiliate her and/or get her fired. She needs this job its part of her probation rehabilitation. Without it she will probably go back to jail where she belong...hopefully.

Can I legally do this?? There is no nudity in the pictures. Just her face and #

She is doing her 'job' while your husband is plain cheating on you and on your children. I am very sorry for your daughter and pray all comes out great, but think twice. Forget FB, it will just come bite you back on the cheek.

Skip the employer and go straight to the cops. Say there's evidence in text messages that he was one of her regulars, and ask if you can have him charged for assault because he was cheating with a hooker and risks for diseases were so high. When they look her up, they'll see she is on parole and they'll put her back in jail.

I wouldn't post anything to FB. You could get in trouble perhaps for stalking or something like that. Good luck.

I'm not sure, but u can legally post her photos (nudes and all) on http://www.shesahomewrecker.com along with her name, city, and other personal info.

I hate to say this, but she really was just doing her job. If anyone is wrecking your home and deserves to be humiliated, it's your husband. HE messed up your life, so you are going to mess up HERS? That is wrong.
