A good URL must contain most important keyword of your project in order to make it search engine friendly.
Search engine gives more value to those url's that have keywords in it...

Appreciate my previous answer.
It is very good if you use your main keyword in your URL that helps for SEO, and the length of the url also important (short is good to remember for customers)

Example:
If you provide a online training-
http://www.onlinetraining.com
http://www.seasofttraining.com
http://www.saponlinetraining.com
http://www.dragg.in

The ? symbol is reserved for passing parameters to the page, as in:

yourhome.com?keyword=vodka

If ? appears in the title of a page, the url for that page will probably get a 3 character code representing ? something like %e3.

For a SEO friendly URL you should not have the query string in the url. Try to include the keywords or other parameters in the URL itself (without query string).

The url which you given in your question is okay from seo point of view.
If you want to add more then you have to form a sentence which includes major keywords related with the page.

hope you are clear.

In My opinion , the best URL in SEO is those who contain your keyword.

For example-

Your keywords is "SEO services"

then your URL should be

"http://www.website.com/seoservices.aspx" like that. (extension is not matter depend on your site design aspx or php but this type of URL is good fro SEO point of view, you get rank very fastly by this type of URL)

I hope you understand what i want to say.

You can use Moz.com to check the page authority and domain authority of the sites that get you links. The data provided by Moz is more accurate and reliable than PR, alexa, etc. A good link should be created from a page with static URL address but not "=id??" stuffs. Also, it has better to be do-follow and embedded in an article or text body.

Which platform are you using for blogging? Joomla and Wordpress have plugins which allows you to optimize your SEO for your post while writing it.
