Will I be able to see my external hdd if i don't have usb driver?
Let's say I have a laptop with no drivers installed and no connection to internet. If I plug my external hdd via usb ,will I be able to see my hard drive or try to copy from it?

To answer short, Yes.

External hard drives are made to save your content on a physical device instead of storing content through an internet connection.
