on FB log in page, enter your mail address and click forgot my password. follow prompts. a new password will be sent to your mail box of the email address that is used there. now, once you have that new password, log in using that password and click on "Account Info" it will give the full details there. IF the info is your name also, you can deactivate that account if you don't like and or change some info of that account so that the person who made it can't access it back.
