Multiple Facebook Business Pages?

The company I currently work for wants to set up an official facebook page. The only problem is we have FIVE business pages that we want to merge. Multiple marketing members set up pages and then as one person would leave instead of using the old page, the new person would create a new one.

Is there anyway to consolidate these pages or do I just need to delete them and then start over fresh. I was thinking this is the only option I have. I would let the members know by posting on the page wall that the page was scheduled for deletion on "x" date and ask them to move to the new page.

Also we are a MLM Company and several distributors have set up personal facebook pages for themselves. Is there anyway to classify our page as the OFFICIAL site? Would the only way be to just put "Official" in our name?
