been blocked from instagram?

I liked a ton of photos, I don't do it for likes, I do it when I get bored & to be nice to my followers, and suddenly this message popped up;

"It looks like you were misusing this feature by liking too fast, You've been temporarily blocked from using it. We restrict certain action & content to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mmistake."

When I say I like a lot of photos, I mean hundreds, but again, just to be nice, not for likes because I get them anyways, what does this block restrict me from doing ? Just liking? & how long will it last?
