open another facebook account and search for her name then you might see her if her settings are not customized but try opening another account

If your friend has blocked you, ONLY SHE can unblock you. If you create a new profile, you can see her profile(or whatever a non-friend can see of her profile). Or you could talk to her, solve any existing problems between the two of you and make sure she removes the block.
