Is a minor legally binding to facebook?
considering the capacity that it could be for the benefit or only if enforced by the minor, and considering that clickwrap is a contract correct me if i am wrong. is a minor legally binding to Facebook? ( In nsw )

yes if he/she's over 13 which you accept when you're signing TOS while signing up.I read them again now to make sure.
