Please Help!!! Ebay Seller Questions!?
I've sold a few times on eBay with no problem & received positive feedback from every buyer. I sent a package off earlier this week and put a tracking number (Like I always do) for the buyer. (9114901159818770699986) Is the tracking number and it says the package was delivered to the buyer yesterday. She has messaged me twice saying she never received her package, now I have my first negative feedback, & she's threatening to file a claim against me for a refund.

I don't know if she's lying about getting her package or not, I don't know what to do. Have anyone had a similar situation? What should I do now?

Since the item was scanned delivered, any INR claim she opens will be closed in your favor. There's nothing you can do about her feedback, unfortunately, except block her (if you haven't already) and respond to the feedback in a positive and professional way that reassures future buyers.

Ignore all messages from her completely. You never gain anything from arguing with a buyer.

though I agree with GinoParisian, I wouldn't block her immediately, It may just be a mix up that can be straighten out.

There are many examples of customers coming back and editing their comments because they got good follow up service.

FYI - you shouldn't have posted her tracking information in this forum (not a good look for a seller to do).

A tracking number is not going to hurt anyone's privacy so don't worry about it.

Next open a dispute with Paypal right now claiming the package was delivered and give them the tracking number. That is why Sellers have to use confirmation numbers on all their sent packages because people used to do this regularly so they got their money back AND kept the merchandise. Also request that the negative feedback be rescinded and it will be done.
