Why can't I get any respect from people?

Legit, no respect at all.

I don't have many pics on facebook, because I don't do much. I'm somewhat of an introvert. But, that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is when I DO upload serious pictures to facebook...

Two examples:

I upload a new profile picture with my sister cropped out, and one of my 'friends' comments, "gay." Like what the fk am i supposed to do with that.. are you serious? I just deleted his post and then deleted him from friends.

I uploaded one of me holding my nephew (he's a newborn baby), and a family friend posted normal chit, and then one of my "friends" finds it funny to comment on the way i'm on my tiptoes (cause the baby was being supported by my legs + arms under), and he writes, "you do ballet?" Not as retarded as "Gay" but I find it a bit off putting that none of my "friends" can comment with respect... I tried to take the alpha route and just like the comment instead of posting something back.. was thinking of posting something like, "yeah man practices are monday night at 9, you coming?" But that's just annoying I even have to worry about that.

Don't know why I can't get respect. This dude obv thinks i'm gay or some chit
