Ebay question please help?

I had an item listed it finished and someone in germany won the item and i cant change the postage charges, the person that won then sent me an email saying that i should change the postage charge then he would pay for it. But i want to cancel it instead... How do i do this?

Cancel it. Foreign sales are common for scams. Unless they'll do a BACS transfer not paypal.

Most Germans pay by bank transfer, not Paypal.

If he is going to pay that way, use the "send Invoice" add the charges but do not recalculate.

You would be downright silly to turn down a bank transfer.

If it is Paypal, and it's valuable, then use a signed-for courier and charge accordingly.
