How do I stop tweets without unfollowing?

I don't want to unfollow this group but they tweet constantly and it's too much. How do I stop their tweets without unfollowing them? IS THERE A SETTING FOR THIS?

You can't do anything about it I'm afraid even though I don't have a Twitter at all and that is what I heard from my friends who have an account.

Not without unfollowing them. Why wouldn't you want to unfollow them if you don't like their tweets? That's pretty much what you'd do if someone's tweets were annoying you constantly.

I wish Twitter would do this. Facebook has this feature already.
