Should I go back on facebook?

When I was on Facebook, I had an addiction to see if I got messages, comments, or replies on my account from people, especially ones I wanted to be friends with, and it made me feel so bad about myself, and so lonely I got off.

It's been 1 year since I was on it, and all of a sudden I feel left out by my friends cause they almost treat me like complete strangers after school, and their was someone at school I wanted to meet, and wanted to use Facebook to hope if he would accept me, but I don't know if I should cause I might go back to the way I use to be.

Whet should I do?

i think u should go on facebook and u should only check when it says u have one of those from notifications or chat
