For the lighting, stand in front of a window with clarity and use the app KitCam it lets you adjust the brightness as you are taking the picture. And for the white and different color backgrounds she uses Squaready. That I know she uses PhotoForge 2, VSCO Cam, Squaready and KitCam. You can also try PhotoWonder (the free version) it's actually better than the one you pay for, this app allows you to take away any pimples and basically "beautify" yourself, it also has nice filters. You can also use Magic Eye Color Effect you can make "contacts" for your eyes and make your eyes pop.
