I did something really really bad and now I'm scared. Help!?
A few months ago I was with my friend and we were on our phones. My friend had a crush on this guy but his girlfriend made her extremely jealous and upset. I hated seeing her like this to make her feel better, I made an anonymous Instagram account. I said something horrible to her. Then I noticed that most people who followed her were the rude, popular girls at my school so I got the idea to express what I wanted to say to them and I said things they've said to me before. I started to lash out on almost all of them. My anger overtook my brain and I just kept going. I started to get emotional too. Even some of them tried to help me to stop being so rude. I told them some things about my life and then I couldn't take it anymore and I deleted my account. The next day, EVERYONE was talking about my Instagram account. They even went up to guidance and told them about it and took pictures. One girl, came up to me while I was sitting at my desk and asked me questions. She asked me, "do you have an Instagram" and she also asked me some questions that related to the things I told her about my life. I was nervous but eventually she left and I was so relieved. For the past few months everyone stopped talking about it and eventually I stopped worrying. However, on Friday I was at my locker and someone next to me was talking to someone. He said, "Yeah they're going find out who The Troll is on Monday. Whoever it is, they're going to get expelled." I'm so terrified. I regret it so much!!!

What exactly did you tell them about your life? Is it super duper detailed that they can trace it back to you? Does the school know about your life so much that they can actually say "Oh that's her!." If it's stuff only you and a bunch of friends know about you, you'd be in a chiffy. Just play the victim. Shed some tears and tell them you had enough of being bullied by those girls. Telling the teachers, they'd know it was you and you're scared the bullying might have gotten worse after that. Creating an anonymous account, they wouldn't know. You didn't plan on making it personal as to tell them about your life but it was very emotional. It hurt you, THEY hurt you.
But until they have solid evidence- deny it. Deny, deny- DENY!!! Don't be scared- it gives it away. Being slightly scared is alright, I mean people suspecting you to be behind it, its normal for you to get an adrenaline kick because of that. But being too scared and fidgety means you're hiding something. If you do end up being fidgety and the principal asks if you're alright just say "I've never been in a situation like this so I'm a little nervous." If you deny it and they somehow find out it was you after that just say you were scared the girls would bully you (more) if they found out who it actually was- you.
So relax and don't worry until the time comes. It might have just been a stupid rumour. The boy might have purposely said it in front of you to see how you would react. If anyone asks you if you have an instagram account, don't deny it. If you do, people who have seen your account would get suspicious. Say yes I did but I deleted it and deleted the app. If they ask why? Do you have to have a reason? Nope. if they want one just say it took too much of your time and you felt like you were becoming addicted to it. So you had to get away from it for a bit and deleted it.

I just hope you learnt something out of this. Never do something crazy for someone else (other than family) and never make things personal.
What's the worst that can happen? Being expelled? Okay, who cares. If you go back and things don't look good, change schools. simple. If you don't want to, just live with it for the next 2,3 or 4 years you have left at school. It'll all be over in a blink of an eye. Just relax and have fun with it Wink

Time will solve any such tough problems. Don't worry. Because Time is the Best Healer. Be always optimistic in life with high hopes and aspirations. Be self-confident. If you have crystal clear mind and pristine pure heart, you need not have any such negative apprehensions.
