Regarding the nsarco.com site, I don't know how "official" the certification is...
The site was created in 2008, not quite matching the copyright statement. Gets a good rating from one automated site checker: http://www.scamadviser.com/is-nsarco.com...-site.html Not BBB registered, it appears to have not received any complaints. http://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-revie...r-22666508 Some discussions and quotes from the site. http://www.wrongplanet.net/postp4208860.html Didn't see any serious scam complaints, this person doubts the authenticity of a certification that anyone can order, providing they have the money. http://www.bubblews.com/news/1014895-quo...rvice-dogs Ads |
