How to make my internet speed faster?

How can I make my surfing, download and upload speed faster? Do I have to download some softwares or something? BTW, I am on a Windows 7 Ultimate Asus laptop and am using the Google Chrome browser but the speed is still very slow in terms of surfing, downloading and uploading. Any help is very much appreciated!

Call ur provider and ask them to upgrade your speed you could pay more

First of all know what speed your Internet service provider is offering with the plan you are.... and then if you confirm your internet is still slow upgrade or change the plan. One more there are no such software which can improve the speed of the internet. Some time due to some malware and virus effects computer may slow down. Once try to run a antivirus and check whether it is improved.
