youtube cannot fully load on google chrome?

whenever i go on youtube on google chrome, it wont load the css and the flash crashes. however, when i go on a different browser such as firefox or internet explorer, the problem isnt there. I tried clearing cookies and cache from chrome but it didn't work.

Google chrome has some issues lately.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
