Very good going and congratulations for it. Now first you should take time for best possible keywords for seo, for this you need to do keyword research, use google keyword tool to do this. Than when your are done with this need to upload in Meta tags of web pages..

You say launch but it doesn't sound as though you've actually built the site. Build it, test it and get it online (find a host, get a domain name etc) first of all. If you can't build it or afford to spend thousands to get someone else to build it then knowing what to do when it launches is pointless.

When you launch it you will need to know SEO and be able advertise the site to get it high up in search engines and gain traffic.

Age has nothing to do with creating/launching/running a website. However, it will take a lot of knowledge to not only get a website like that up and running, but also to make it a success.

Research your competition. The higher is it the harder it will be to get people to come to your site, but you can also see their good and bad points and use it to make your site the best. Also read up on SEO and ways to advertise.
