Internet connection at the loft?
Hello,

My bedroom is at the loft (2nd floor) and my pc is there too.
But, there is one problem. My internet connection sucks, I download at 200kb/s, and I hate it.
I am a motivated gamer, so I experience many lags. Anyone got suggestions?
I have a wireless adapter, cabled to my pc, then it makes contact with a wireless adapter downstairs (Ground Floor) and then to the main router.
Thanks
Hi, I have read all your answers, and there is one more thing.
My brother and my parents are on the internet as well, cant it seriously be about
them being on the internet as well and my adapter? Maybe it is not strong enough?
Edit again, maybe all the power of the internet is lost in the distance it had to make to the main router?

The problem isn't your wireless adapter, it's probably your internet connection. Call your provider and yell at them about your slow speeds. 200kb/s is slower than my old modem from 15 years ago.
