How to contact instagram?

I've been trying too call or email instagram but it seems that they don't have a contact number or an email. The support center doesn't work. Every time I try to pull it up it says serve can't upload page because page doesn't exist. A lot of people have said that the support email thing no longer works. I really need to contact them. I have an instagram account I need deleted but I forgot the password to it , and the email I had for it got deleted ; because I never logged into the email.

Here's a post from the Instagram website on what happens if you forget your password and lose access to the email address you used to create your Instagram account.

If you've forgotten your password and lost access to your email account, we're unable to release the Instagram account to you. This includes accounts registered with mistyped email addresses.
