Not getting credits on bing rewards for searches?

This has been happening to me a lot lately, it seems to be like every week there's 1 day that i just don't get any credits for searches. It's double credit day, so it's retarded that it's happening today of all days. I already sent in a support ticket to them, but I don't want to have to wait until tomorrow, when it might already be working as usual, for an answer or fix. I can search as many times as I please, and not get a single credit rewarded for searching, but yet I get credits for everything else.
