If a guy has the same girl in 3 or 4 of his profile pictures on facebook are they together?

it doesn't say anything about him being in a relationship but he has a picture with his arms around a girl looking like they're kinda friendly but he has his arms around her in like 4 of his pictures.... and another one with her and two other girls... actually he has a lot of other girls in his other pictures as well so i am confused.

I cant tell if they are together and he is just flirting with me and leading me on or if he is a player or something? boys?

He may not be in a relationship, the girl may be a sister or bestfriend, but id ask around to people that know him if he's single. Guys are kinda stupid sometimes lol

he might be a "player" and he might not be the girl might be his bestfriend or a really good friend, I am a guy a I have a girl whom I consider to be a really close friend of mine and we have many pictures together where we are hugging and where I have my arms around her but I know were just friends but that's just my opinion
