access the internet on computer using mobile phone?

I would like to access the internet on my computer using my cell phone. What do l need, and how? Model: ZTEN861ABB

you should be able to unless you dont have a data plan, if that is the case then you need wifi connectivity.
first try tapping the globe on your home screen
if that doesnt work...
click the six little dots on your screen
go to settings> wireless connections > turn your wifi on > enter password
