Who is "facebook user" on friend FAQ?

I use the friend FAQ app on facebook and I am getting very annoyed by seeing "facebook user" instead of a profile name and picture. I emailed the developer and never received an answer does anyone know if this is an actual person or if its part of some kind of bot system to make you play more.

Why does it say "Facebook User" when I unlock a question?

Sometimes a friend who answered a question about you will have their privacy settings set such that you can't see their name or profile picture.

Since it's on the FAQ section (under the help tab), they probably decided to dismiss your question.
