I want a free website builder where you can put your own ads but still pretty easy to use is there anything like that also what are the .blogspot websites?

What you're looking for is probably a self-hosted CMS like WordPress, Concrete5, or Drupal. They are all free.

The .blogspot sites are blogs on Blogger, which is owned by Google.
