I have a crush, what do I do with him?

So this guy.... I met him last summer, he was pretty nice. Our church had a sport event one week, boys against girls, and when I got on a base he came and talked to me, about 10 seconds into the conversation, he just randomly dropped in "you look good", so I was like "what...? uh... thanks...??" but then i had to go to the next base. So I thought he was a flirt, but I've never seen him do this to other girls, he barely talks to other girls. I caught him several times staring at me he would look away when I turn. Few weeks later, we ran into each other several times even outside of church and he would always smile and call my name and go out of his way to talk to me. He'd often tease me too. Since he's a sophomore in college and I'm a sophomore in high school, I knew we had zero hope. But I still fell for him, and I can't get over him... Our church played football during the fall and I brought my friend, b/c by this time, I liked him. While my friend was getting something in her car, he came and talked to me. After my friend was done, she said that when she looked at us talk, she really believes that he likes me (or just flirting idk). Then he friended me on fb and I accepted the friend request, and I poke him and he pokes back. I msg him about a question I had on my hw, and we've been msging. But he would reply super slow even though he's been on fb, what does that slowness mean??? is he msging other girls? Now I have a crush on him and idk what to do b/c he's in college.
I think he sometimes talks to me like a little sister, sometimes just that he's simply so great and stuff almost like he's bragging.

Oh and it's been like 6 months and he's shown no signs of more than a friend.

He's in college... so I shouldn't have to like him b/c long distance relationships don't work that well, so how do I get over him?
