Why is Twitch buffering so much.?

I'm a huge SuperJeenius fan and he's live on Twitxh now. I wa just there 2 days ago and it worked no problem. I come toning and it starts and it starts buffering. Wen it comes back before I can blink it does it again. And again. And again. I can't enjoy the stream. It pains me to know I can't watch the stream I waited all day for. What's going on with Twitch?

I have heard many times about Twitch problems. I was watching a stream once and the guy said that if you're experiencing slow twitch steams, it isn't your internet, its the twitch servers. So lets put it this way, if your internet works fine on youtube and everywhere else then its twitch. I have it also on some streams, it can be annoying.
