On the first day my internet was really fast, After 3 days its very slow?

My internet is PLDTMyDSL,
And i feel im being scammed because when we bought our internet on the first day
it's really fast after 3 days passed its very slow it loads facebook up to 30 minutes
and guess what it loads a 3 minute youtube video 1 hour.

Change internet to Verizon or Cox or you may contact the representative and talk with her. Also, there may be some problem with router.
