Etsy online account questions?

I'm thinking of selling some of my fleece dog coats on Etsy, but I'm worried about cost. I'm not all that great at online stuff. Can anyone who has sold on Etsy or has an account tell me about the cost? I know that a certain amount of the profit made from the sold item is taken as a fee, but is there a monthly fee to have an account or to sell an item? I just want to be sure so I don't end up with accidental fees. Thanks!

I believe they charge 20 cents per listing + 6% of any sales, you pass tacked on shipping fees onto the buyer.

Like virtually all online business contracts you have to be 18 to do business with them, lots of kids get their parents to sign up and handle the banking.

ok etsy, 3.5% after sale percentage fee and .20 cents each item listed.. paypal 3.9% per transaction plus .32 cents I sell mostly now on yorbin just .50 cents per listing no time limit no percentages
