internet explorer crash problem?
10 days ago I got an Acer aspire v3-772G from best buy.... it has windows 8.1... in the past week, 3 internet crashes happened, not blue screens just internet not responding crashes.. it has happened once every 2-3 days, my computer has them all on record events.. it says "probably caused by" jscript9.dll, exception access violation (c0000005)... I took it to geek squad and he installed JavaScript 32-bit and said that might help, if not I could take it up to get a free system diagnostic to see if it could be a hardware issue he said too... what do you guys think? i hope its a simple software fix, I just got the damn laptop for $950.00, this is very frustrating.... plz help..... tnx....

That's why many of us never use "Internet Exploder" (yukyuk)
I prefer to use Mozilla Firefox. Much easier to run. I do not know why IE is so hard to use, it always freezes up on me, for years.

Others are using Google Chrome. Either way, we suggest using something other than Exploder. But you HAVE to use it if you are updating your Windows.
