Best firewall?

I'm using an older laptop, XP home, 32bit. Since XP isn't updated anymore I'm afraid the windows firewall isn't secure enough. What's the best free firewall for 32-bit ?
p.s. I'm using Avast free virus protection so I don't need a firewall/virus protection in one.
