Can you update your iTunes software without internet connection?

Okay, i want to update my iTunes software on my computer (which has no internet connection) to the latest version. Earlier, i installed an iTunes software to my laptop, which was connected to our WiFi, but my computer isn't since i don't know how to connect it to our WiFi, and i have this iTunes download set-up in my laptop. Can i update the version of my itunes software without internet connection? I had some important files on my Camera roll and on my notes and i don't wanna lose them.

If you already loaded it to your computer you can.

But if you are requiring the download, then you need internet connection.

When I was updating my iPhone I had a similar problem.
Privatext and a few other apps wouldn't load either.

When you have a better connection it'll work fine.

i dont thinks so because you have to download it first,
but if you have it i guess it would work
