Would it be weird to add him on Facebook?

Ok so last semester I had English class at community college with this guy I think is so attractive. He actually got my attention first because I saw him watching me in class one day. we made eye contact several times since then and one time he smiled in reaction to seeing that I had been looking at him.
We never got the chance to talk (that class wasn't social, he sat on opposite end of room.) But I just found him on Facebook. I really want to get the chance to talk to him and I haven't seen him since that class.
Would it be weird if I added him since we've never spoken?

No it wouldn't. He would probably think your wonderful for taking the time to find him on Facebook just to chat.

no it is not odd to add anyone esp when its someone you know. you do know him now and you feel that now is the time for you both to get to know each other more and better! i have friends on fb who i have never met and prolly never will meet. and it was them who contacted me first to connect. you adding him will show him that you are thinking of him and you want to talk and get to know each other. but he must respond and seek you to in order for him to find out how you really feel about him. go for it!!!!!

Not weird at all! If i feel nervous about adding someone, though, sometimes I'll add several other people too, that way if he sees notifications of you it will say "so and so added 6 new friend" that way it doesn't seem weird to him, but it shouldn't anyway that's not a big deal
