I understand that with Facebook you can target people with specified income levels. Can you do this with Twitter ads?

You can't directly target income groups, but you can discuss subjects like yachts, polo clubs, Mercedes cars, which higher income people tend to be interested in .

(I wasn't ware that Facebook paid ad demographics included income, you typically can only target stats in the user profile form or interests they have indicated in their posts)
