What are the users of twitter doing everyday?

I have a homework about creating a blueprint of twitter which is related to its inside and outside opinions.
I would like to know what the users of twitter are doing everyday and the effect of these users to the company.

Well, twitter is a way to connect people worldwide using 140 characters messages.
Emphasis is on real time tweets that can be posted using computers, mobiles.
The 140 limit is the beauty and cause for its popularity.
Basically twitter posts i.e. tweets answers questions like:
What's happening ?
What are you doing ?

From the user's point of view, according to latest data, 25% of tweets contain web links
to promote their blogs and websites.
Celibrities are hot among twitter users. Celibrities twitter accounts have millions of followers.
