google chrome download question?

so recently my adress bar where you type stuff in on google chrome isnt lettting me search anything so whenever i try type something in and press enter it does nothing :/

so i have tried uninstalling and installing chrome again and again but somehow it always comes up as the same orginal one i downloaded as in it still has all of my bookmark bar shortcuts on there and my history feeds.

Ive even tried deleting anything google chrome in finder and i have even deleted it from trash

so how do i download a brand new google chrome without it somehow remebering all my tabs and that stuff

It's probably to do with Syncing be turned on. Look in the Google Chrome preferences for somewhere that you're signed in with your google account. Sign out, if it's still not fixed, try re-installing again.
