My ex texted me, now what?
My ex girfriend who I dated for 3 years texted me today. We broke up in October and havent really spoken since January. I had wanted to get back together ever since we broke up and she found it unattractive. She basically led me on from Ocotber-january and then we decided to stop talking. Around 3 weeks ago I spoke to her and she told me she wants nothing to do with me and that she has pushed me away so she doesn't lead me on. She has posted some things on twitter/facebook the past couple weeks that I think were about me and she may be regretting pushing me away. Well I havent spoke to her since, and she texted me today, it said "Would you like to get lunch/dinner with me sometime soon?" I responded and asked why she wanted to meet up and she said "I just wanted to see how you were doing..." Well she knows I don't want to just be friends with her, so why would she text me and ask me to meet up? Is she maybe changing her mind and wants to rekindle things?

Damn dude, that's tricky. Seems to me that the more she can't have you the more she wants you. If you want to test it, don't respond or better yet, tell her, "I can't today, I'm meeting my friend Sarah for lunch that day, but maybe Saturday? " and see what she says. You gotta play it cool. I think she wants you but not if you make it easy on her.

I recommend staying away.
Reply that you must decline.
You don't want to play her game.
You're the one who will be hurt later on down the road.
You'll remember why when you have a day like the one when she decided to leave you.
