Israeli Girls I need your help?

Hi I especially need your help with how to act on Instagram. Anyway I am a new immigrant or in Hebrew an Olay Hadash from America. Anyway here is what happens. I have met Israeli girls on Instagram. Some of them had private profiles some didn't. But most of the ones who have private profiles have almost always accepted my request to follow them. Now mind you I'm only seeking to make friends. And if more comes out of the friendship, then great. But otherwise I would be content with keeping things on a friend level if this is all a girl would want with me. Anyway this constantly happens. Right after they accept my request to follow them or if I follow an open profile, and they post a pretty picture of themselves, I will comment and say you look really nice here or you look really pretty here. In other words I am always completely respectful and not pushy or anything. And every time I say anything, I'm blocked. Not just unwatched, but blocked. The same thing happens when it comes to a female IDF soldier. Thing is IDF soldiers guys and girls are practically idolized by most Jewish people worldwide. And I'm no exception. And I'm just trying to make friends with these female soldiers. And everytime I even breathe or write one letter of the alphabet to them after they've accepted me to watch them, they block me. Why is this??? Please someone tell me how I can make friends with these Israeli women and Female IDF Soldiers without getting blocked

Not sure, but perhaps you need to say something to actually start a conversation.
Eg. instead of saying you look pretty, say you look like you are having fun, where was the photo taken?? Ask open ended questions that are friendly and not boy/girl. If they still block you, i dont know what the problem is. Some people just dont want to chat as i dont think that that is what instagram is for.
If this doesnt work try some dating sites and set up a profile saying you just want to make friends.

This isn't about Israeli girls, it's about girls in general. I'd say 90% of chicks truly do appreciate compliments if they come off as genuine. I'm always complimenting girls on something I like about them just to make them feel good about themselves, because I know how self-conscious females today can be. But when you're dealing with the top 10%- I'm talking about model material-- this doesn't fly. These kind of girls are constantly being approached by guys so you're never going to set yourself apart this way. What's more, some of them develop serious ego issues to the point it becomes a drug and it seems you've allowed yourself to become part of their fix. This is why they're blocking you as soon as you've provided them with what they need. When I used to go to bars down on Bourbon St I'd walk up to the hottest chick there and compliment something very minute about her wardrobe, then walk away. She'd wonder why this guy wasn't interested in her and I'd be on her mind the rest of the night. This would make it easier to approach her later. So if you want to be friends with these girls then you have to almost insult them by pretending to be unimpressed. You'll then be that .05% of guys that don't find her attractive and it will drive her crazy. No way will she block you then because she'll have to figure out why YOU don't like her like the 99% of doormats do. This will allow for conversation and the opportunity to build rapport with her.
